The lease takeover starts April 1st, and there is a possibility to move in from March 1.

Rent is $2,808 per month.

Located on the upper floor, the room comes unfurnished, with:
- A walk-in closet
- Wooden floors
- AC/heating
- Large windows with wonderful views of Manhattan and Greenpoint

Bathroom
You will share a bathroom with Inès, whose room is upstairs as well.

Shared spaces
All shared spaces are furnished.
- Very large living/dining room with 14 ft ceilings and floor to ceiling windows
- Kitchen equipped with induction cooking plates, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher
- An exceptional terrace with extended views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. We have plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy summery nights on the terrace.

Building Amenities
- Washer and dryer right across the hall, shared with our floor neighbor
- Large rooftop
- Lounge, gym, and outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day at least) at an additional cost

About This Lister

We are two women in our late 20s/early 30s. We met in NYC two years ago and we have been friends since. We are looking for a clean and easygoing roommate who is active, and who is ideally in the same age range. We would be happy to hang out in shared spaces and we are also very respectful of others' privacy.

During the week, the apartment is very calm. On weekends, while we spend most of our time outside, we occasionally like to host friends for dinner or drinks.

Inès: I am a 27 yo French woman who moved to NYC (already!) 9 years ago. I went to college in NY and have been working as a consultant since I graduated. I’m currently traveling for work (Tuesday-Thursday) on a bi-weekly basis and am working from home 4 days a week (all days but Thursday) when in NY. On my free time, I generally catch up on tv, hang out with friends, or plan my next trip (let me know if you have recs for Costa Rica or Colombia!!)

Emilie: I'm 30 yo, and I'm French too - but I promise we are super nice! I moved to NYC two years ago to work in fashion, and I am now starting a new position as a consultant. I'll work from home two days a week. On my free time, I like to draw and paint, to cook, to spend time in coffee shops and museums, and to go out with friends.
