-Deposit is one month's rent
-Private room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with shared open living space
-Private connected balcony, walk in closet with built in vanity
-Private bathroom with separate shower and tub
-Furnished kitchen and living room
-Small private patio and large shared patio (larger patio is shared with neighbors)
-Garage parking spot, but lots of street parking as well
-Washer/Dryer machines, as well as AC, are in house
-Super walkable area with restaurants and shops close by
-No drugs please!
