Looking for a roommate to fill a recently vacated room. The apartment is beautiful with private outdoor space. Full size appliances, full washer/dryer. I rarely use the outdoor space so you can do what you like with it. Room is big enough to also have an office space. I included a picture of it furnished to help you understand scale.

You get your own bathroom, the landlord doesn't raise the rent and will pay for anything planted in the garden. Choose your own paint color and he'll paint your room before you move in.
