Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for a room in a beautiful 3BR Bed-Stuy apartment, with a hard December 1 move-in date.

The apartment is the entire second floor of a 4-floor red-brick building. It has high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, nice light, a large kitchen, and is close to great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and Herbert Von King Park. The available room has a large window that looks out onto a garden.

The other housemates are grad students in their 30s, including a couple who share a room with a private bathroom and have a sweet, very well trained dachshund. You would share a bathroom with the other roommate. Everyone is quiet, easygoing, clean (in a chill way), and busy with work and school, and it’s not rare for someone to have the apartment to themselves.

The building is off both the A/C and G trains.

Rental requirements are first month’s rent & one-month security deposit.
