Upstairs Room and Bathroom available in a gorgeous peaceful house. You'd be living with me and my lovely girlfriend. We are both professional musicians. We are calm, don't party, clean regularly. Looking someone chill (single occupancy), great communicator, and a plus if you don't work from home.

A normal day for us encompasses playing gentle piano in the morning, making breakfast and creative energy throughout the day capping off with dinner around 7/8pm. We love hanging and having dinner parties, we are a no drug household (weed is all good). We love building community of like minded creatives.

Utilities not included. Average cost per person is about 120 a month.

Music studio on property with separate entrance is a great creative workspace available for a day rate.

I'm a music producer and music director. I get to travel around the world and make art. We have lots of friends from other countries visiting in and out of town. Love mellow vibes and healthy loving community. My gf and I are very neat. We like cleaning once a week together, and cooking/sharing meals but also love autonomy. The house is big enough and has several outdoor spaces.
