The house is a perfect location - two blocks off of Sunset Junction, between Lucille and Edgecliffe Drive, basically feet away from Bellevue Park. It has two living rooms, a cute kitchen, and a big bamboo-lined enclosed private backyard with great sunlight to work or hang out in.

Bedroom has great queen sized bed, window-unit AC, giant tv, desk and big dresser. Incredibly easy street parking situation. Living rooms are great places to work, watch tv - there's a weight bench and a bunch of dumbbells at your disposal as well.

You'd be sharing the house with one person, who I've lived with for 10 years who is the most easy going and wonderfully interesting housemate to have, but also keeps to himself/does his own thing. Works half the time in office, half the time at home. Ideally looking for someone who doesn't work at home full-time but open to that as well! LGBTQ+ ideal!

PS There is NO DOG that's just a cute dog in my bed!
