The 3rd bedroom is used as a shared office / multi-purpose space. Common areas are already furnished, but your room would be unfurnished.
It's a big, rent-stabilized place with a private balcony, roof access, and in-building laundry. 4th-floor walk-up in a quiet and leafy area. Central air + heat in each room so you can control the temperature in your room.

- 8 minute walk from Kosciusko JZ
- 10 minutes from Myrtle broadway JMZ
- 12-13 min walk from Utica AC.
About This Lister
My roommate (who you'd be living with) is very chill and respectful and fine with living with any gender (myself and the previous roommate before me are both girls). He works very long hours in-person and also travels for work so you will have plenty of alone time! Looking for someone mature and responsible (i.e. not throwing ragers or anything like that).

This will be an on-the-books sublet so you’d need 40x the rent and probably a credit check for the landlord. Would also need to pay a one-month security deposit. First month's rent due before move-in. You would be able to re-sign the new lease in May if you wish.
