We have a bedroom to rent in our spacious, sun-filled artist loft in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We live on the 4th floor of a converted warehouse with some of the most stunning views of Manhattan. The loft is 1178sq. ft. (base area of 38'x31') and each room is 117 sq. ft. (9'x13'). Each room has exposed brick and a tall window with views of the Manhattan skyline. The spaces are very luminous both because the ceilings are very high (14 ft.) and the apartment is on a corner looking West. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs.

The building is conveniently located with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all within walking distance. We are just around the corner from McGolrick park, which is a pleasant spot for walks and the seasonal Sunday farmer's market. There is a laundromat around the corner. We are a 10 min walk from Nassau G, and a 20 min from Bedford L and Graham L with an approximate journey time to Manhattan between 35 - 45 min.

And just btw: Sending a generic "hey, your place looks great, still available?" will be tossed as we get too much of those ;).
