THE APARTMENT
The room: Unfurnished with a portable A/C unit. I have a rug and fold out couch in there right now that I can leave in if you want, otherwise I will remove. Check out the picture of an office--that's the room that will become your space!

Shared spaces: There is a large dining room, kitchen and living room area! The kitchen has a garbage disposal but no dishwasher. There's a window A/C unit in the living room. I'm looking forward to sharing this space with someone :)

My work schedule: I work from home ~9-5 and will be set up to work in the living room with a divider. I almost never work late or on weekends. Might be ideal for someone who works outside the home.

My sweet pooch: I have a small, hypoallergenic dog. She hardly ever barks and loves people! She doesn't get along great with other pets but might consider a small and very chill dog (I'm allergic to cats.)

Laundry: Shared in the building.

Parking: No designated spot, but street parking is manageable.
