There are many wonderful things about this home. For me, the top of the list is the people who live here. The eight of us have created a warm, loving, nurturing home together. We cook for each other, throw sweet events, and support each other through our crazy new york city lives. You can be as involved as you want in the house culture, but you will very much be welcomed into the fam!

The house itself is magic too. Five stories with beautiful wood work throughout. We have two kitchens, two common spaces (living room and a penthouse for movie watching), a garden and roof access. So there are a lot of places to be, beyond the room.

The room itself is located in the garden level and has zen-y vibes. It also has a little nook with a standing desk and a Herman Miller chair for a comfy work space.

Some other things to know: in unit washer/driver, dishwashers in both kitchens. There will be a cat around for part of this time. And a christmas tree!
