* Space is on the second floor; 1 set of stairs that goes straight up

* Living Room nook off of your room; big enough to perfectly it a 2 or 3 seat couch; My roommate is taking our couch so that would be the only common area thing I would ask you to buy; the room will be empty of furniture
* The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, small appliances, cups, but feel free to bring anything you can fit.
* The ceiling is 12 ft throughout the space
* The lighting is weird because the apartment is railroad style. So light only comes through in your room in the front and mine in the back.
* The laundry is literally around the corner; they also have drop off services and are really nice
* I have an optimum account for wifi and con ed for electric; those are the only additional and we’ll split monthly costs for both
* Community garden on the block and bodega a few doors down

* The neighborhood is pretty quiet and is off a Main Street so nothing too exciting. Perfect break from the city nonsense.
* The grocery store is literally at the other end of the block and Duane Reade is like 5 blocks away on Myrtle Ave.
* The Myrtle Willoughby ave G train is a 5 minute walk and the B49 bus comes 1 block up from the apt
* There is 2 coffee shops on the walk to the train and 1 in the opposite direction
* There are also 2 parks nearby
