* The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, small appliances, cups, but feel free to bring anything you can fit.
* The ceiling is 12 ft throughout the space
* The lighting is weird because the apartment is railroad style. So light only comes through in your room in the front and mine in the back.
* The laundry is literally around the corner; they also have drop off services and are really nice
* I have an optimum account for wifi and con ed for electric; those are the only additional and we’ll split monthly costs for both
* Community garden on the block and bodega a few doors down
* I work full time in the office as a marketing manager for a menswear brand in East Williamsburg.
