Located just steps away from the J train at Kosciuszko Street, our building is a relatively new construction featuring a digital doorman. The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment is on the second floor, and the available room includes a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to a spacious terrace. The kitchen and living room are shared, and there’s a washer and dryer in the building’s basement.
Our ideal roommate is clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible.
About This Lister
Currently, the apartment is home to four young professionals (two men and two women) in our late 20s and 30s. You’ll be replacing one of us. We’re all responsible, respectful, and committed to keeping the apartment clean and organized.

Rental requirements
The landlord requires a non-refundable $20 payment for a background check (see paragraph below). If approved, you’ll need to provide a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, after which you’ll be added to the lease.
The lease begins on March 1, 2025, and is renewable annually.
