Located just steps from the J train at Kosciuszko Street, our building is a modern construction featuring a convenient digital doorman. The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment is situated on the second floor, and the available room includes a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to a spacious terrace. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, with a washer and dryer available in the building’s basement.
The neighborhood offers a variety of conveniences within walking distance, including grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, urgent care facilities, and other essential services.
Electricity, high-speed internet, and gas costs are shared among the four roommates.
Please note: one of the roommates is allergic to cats.

About This Lister
Currently, the apartment is home to four young professionals (two men and two women) in our late 20s and 30s. You’ll be replacing one of us. We’re all responsible, respectful, and committed to keeping the apartment clean and organized.

Rental requirements
The landlord requires a non-refundable $20 payment for a background check. If approved, you’ll need to provide a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus first month rent, after which you’ll be added to the lease.
The lease begins on March 1, 2025, and is renewable annually.
