I'm offering a room in a 4 bedroom apartment. The room has its own balcony (second floor) and a private full bathroom (with bathtub). There is also a spacious closet. The room will be unfurnished. We have Verizon FiOS internet (which is super fast). The price is without utilities, so you will need to split the cost of the following with the other 3 roomies: internet, gas, & electric.

The common area in the apartment includes a full kitchen, a dishwasher, and laundry machine/dryer IN UNIT. There is also a couch.

My current roommates are 2 females and 1 male, all under 25. The community is quite independent so someone who wants a strong communal life might want to look elsewhere. Independence, cleanliness, and reliability are all features we are looking for.

The lease ends May 31st, 2025. I love the space, but I'm relocating for a new job. The landlord is super kind/responsive, and the entire space is newly renovated.

No smoking inside (everyone has a balcony so this is not an issue) and no pets.
