Private bedroom/office and 1/2 bath in 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 100 year old (& fully update) Venice beach bungalow located on a beautiful neighborhood block near the shops and restaurants of Lincoln Blvd., and LESS THAN A MILE from the beach right off of Venice Blvd.

I've made lots of friends through Listing's Project. Guests have found it as a comfortable and fun space to explore & transition into LA living while looking for more long term accommodations (or just to switch things up!).

The bedroom has brand new full size bed, work station (desk and chair), plenty of closet space, drawers for storage, fast internet, A/C + heat and a (mostly) private 1/2 bath located just outside the bedroom. Guests feel like they have their own little private corner of the house. There's a shared full-bath/shower.

The house has fast and reliable wifi as well as a gas heater and A/C units in the bedrooms.

This cozy home is a perfect place to unwind after a long day of work and for getting to know the amazing neighborhood of Venice Beach. Home is fully fenced in tall shrubs provide ample privacy in the front and back yard. Fully equipped with hammock, and surfboards/wetsuits to take to the beach.

There's plenty of street parking, access to a main bus line and the area is very walkable and bike-able. We have bikes and bike locks for your convenience as well.

Lucky to also have amazing neighbors!

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic supplies for your cooking needs (including air fryer). Guests have dedicated space to store groceries and snacks. Guests also have full access to the comfy living room with a large screen TV w/ all the major subscriptions.

There is an indoor/outdoor black cat named Simon that lives here! He's an adventurer and just seeks respite inside for his daily marathon naps and he's famous among the neighbors.

Guests that are excellent pet sitters and animal lovers get bonus points!

Thanks for your interest! I'm Dre and I'm in my thirties and work full time from home as a talent manager for content creators. I am an avid (ex-competitive) surfer, creative, and a cat mom that's been living in LA for 11 years. I love to paint, be creative, ad travel.

I'm pretty low key and use the home as a restorative space to unwind and relax! My work weeks are pretty taxing, so it's pretty quiet Monday thru Friday and then we get our thrills on the weekends.

Typically I prefer that guests don't have guests (it hasn't worked out well in the past). I've also made some close friends through Listings Project! It's been a great way to meet like minded people and share a space.

Typically those traveling or that work outside the home mostly are great fits.

I'm very tidy and clean and like for the space to always feel good. Always respectful and also a good time!
