Charming street, nice neighbors, entertainment industry people. Young couples, kids running outside on week-ends, even the crows & squirrels are friendly. Walk from The Grove & Farmer's Market. Around the corner from Fairfax Avenue, Melrose Trading Post Flea Market, Post Office, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods & Earwhon Markets, banks, stores, restaurants, theaters, etc...

Plenty of parking during the day. Resident only permit at night, enforced at 8 pm. LA City Permit costs $34 per year

Looking for a cool roommate that works outside the house during the day, pays bills on time. Somebody clean, quiet, extremely respectful of neighbors, peace & property. We are all friends in this house/street. Somebody w/Common Sense for Co/Existing: NO strange attitude, NO loud music or late partying during the week, etc...
