Amenities include dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, A/C (window unit) and free WIFI. The room can easily accommodate a queen bed and a desk, perfect for those working from home.

Two very friendly cats (so no additional pets, sorry). Convenient to train lines (F/G/D/N/R). Tons of local restaurants, bars and shopping.

Water & WIFI included. Electric and gas split 1/3 each. Heat (radiator), hot water and stove are gas.

One year lease. 1st month's rent + 1 month security to move in.
