- $1300/month for the office bedroom; no closet.

- $1500/month for the bedroom with closet.

It's a large 2-story house with a backyard, separate patio, upstairs balcony, an ADU with gym equipment, and a big beautiful kitchen. These two rooms are upstairs; has a shared shower + toilet with one other person upstairs, or you can have your own bathroom downstairs. Parking is ample on the street and I have never had to park far from the house.

House is shared with two women around 30 (my dear friends). They both work from home in different capacities in private spaces. We are really intentional with our space and each other, enjoy exercising in our gym daily, we keep things clean, respectful, kind, and very communicative. We cook together, host occasionally (writing nights, clothing swaps, dinners) and have spare space for guests staying.

The rooms:
- The bedroom has built in shelving as a closet; a bed, and a chair.
- the office has a comfortable king-sized futon, chairs, a large desk.

We're looking for someone who likes to keep a clean, relatively quiet, respectful space. You can be someone who wants to get to know the other roommates and find friendship, or keep to yourself.

We have had a sublet for the past 3 months who found our home when moving to LA and she shared that our house has been 'the best soft landing she could ask for' : ) We really take care of each other and would love to offer a comforting space to more new friends.
