National writing adjudication will occur online and asynchronously from January 21–February 6, 2025.
National art jurors must be local to the New York City area, as adjudication takes place in person at the Scholastic Inc. offices in Manhattan. National art adjudication will take place on various dates between January 21–February 13, 2025, including Saturdays.
The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are presented by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to identify students with exceptional artistic and literary talent and present their remarkable work to the world through the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
