We are looking for 1 bedroom (open to a studio with a sleeping alcove) for under $3000/month. At a minimum, we are looking for a space for 1 year, but ideally we find a place that feels like home and live there for 2+ yrs.

I have lease that goes through mid-August in Manhattan, but we are looking to relocate closer to lower Manhattan. Looking for a lease to start to mid-July to August. We both have good credit and can provide landlord or professional references.
