I am looking for a sublet for 1/2weeks - to the full month of February 2025,

specifically in the upper east side. I’m very flexible with length of stay / dates in Feb but I’m only looking apartments in Upper East side.

Ideally a 1bed/Studio but also open to renting a room.

My name is Alexandra Moloney and I’m an actress from Ireland. I’m currently working on an Irish play. I love all the art museums and live music scene in NYC, I’ve spent a lot of time in the city and it feels like a second home.

I’m very routined, early mornings, all day out working and a home cooked meal / early night. I’m an avid reformer Pilates fan girl and I’m obsessed with the cinema.

I’m tidy, clean and respectful. I will take care of your space, as someone who has sublet before I know how important it is to look after the space and keep it in the order it was found. It’s also such a need for me to be in a space that feels good to live in clean+tidy.
