Looking for an apartment to sublet in Queens, Brooklyn, or Manhattan for April 1 - June 30th 2025 (dates flexible). We are a couple in our early 30s who spent 10+ years in NYC before moving to Mexico. We're looking to return to the city for a few months every year.

Ideal Apartment:

At least 1 bedroom, furnished, and under $3000 per month. Flexible on location but prioritizing Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Needs to have wifi and walking access to subway or bus within 10 minutes. We are clean and low-key and we will care for your space as if it were our own.

We're flexible on the exact dates, but we'd like to find a space that's available for at least 2 months and up to 4 months. We are also open to house swap arrangements; we have a large 3 bedroom house with ocean views near Puerto Escondido, Mexico.
