Hi! I'm looking to start a home in Brookyln (Prospect Heights, Bed Stuy, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene) and am looking for housemates (3-5 ideally) to go in on it with me.

- Shooting for October move-in (1st or 15th)
- Budget: ~$1,200-$1,800 pp depending on room size
- Looking to create a living space that has nice sense of community and to host regularly, while also keeping the space clean and beautiful
- Top priorities: good hosting space (patio, backyard, rooftop, etc.), natural light, access to trains
