I'm seeking a quiet space with good sunlight to sublet for at least 1.5 months, maybe longer. I'm a longtime Brooklyn resident and recently had to start apartment seeking again after my place was renovated and the rent dramatically increased. I'm an educator and writer and have excellent landlord references. Non-smoking and vegetarian and allergic to cats. I travel outside of NYC regularly so would not be there all the time, but am definitely seeking a space (if shared) welcome to someone who works from home. Budget $2K or under for my own place.
