Fully furnished railroad style apartment, with bedrooms on opposite ends of unit. Common spaces include a furnished living room, kitchen, and a huge, modern bathroom. Has condo-like finishes and a stainless steel kitchen appliances. There is coin-op laundry & bicycle storage in the basement. Really quiet and pleasant neighborhood and street, and the best location in Williamsburg/Greenpoint. 10 minute walk to the Metropolitan-Lorimer L / G.

Bedroom:
Room is unfurnished and large enough to fit a full/queen size bed, dresser, and desk comfortably. Large closet. Not street-facing, so incredibly quiet and gets good sunlight. Shelving has since been removed. Floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit AC.

You:
I'm looking for a friendly roommate to enjoy this sweet space with me! I value open communication, a very clean and tidy home, and friendliness :). I'm looking for someone who values those things as well and doesn't bring the party home. I'd love to be able to have dinner and hang out as roommates but also open to giving you your space. No pets unfortunately.
