Seeking Female Roommate(s) to Share Apartment in West Village / Greenwich Village

Seeking Living Space

Location

West Village / Greenwich Village, Manhattan

Available

April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026

I am looking for someone to start a new lease with beginning in late March, April 1 latest. I have lived alone for the last two years but as I need to travel for a large part of the year for my job having my own space feels unnecessary.

I am a 31-year-old professional working in luxury fashion. I spend a lot of my time at the office but like to have a comfortable and clean space to come home to in the evenings and relax in on weekends.

Given that I can be traveling for up to 4 months out of the year, you would have the space to yourself fairly often. My current apartment is a 1-bedroom so I have a few furniture items that could come to the new space but would also be happy to sell them if you prefer to furnish the shared spaces together or yourself.

Ideal apartment: 2-bedroom with lots of closet space, comfortably sized shared living spaces. I currently live in Greenwich Village because I am able to walk to my office from here which I love, so I would love to stay in/around this area, but I am flexible on neighborhood depending on the size and price of what we find. I don't have any non-negotiables, but would love to have a dishwasher and not too many stairs. Would definitely be open to a 3-bedroom with a third roommate if it meant larger shared spaces and a second bathroom.

Ideal roommate: Late-twenties / early-thirties female working professional(s), preferably who doesn't work from home 100% of the time (but again, can be flexible for the right person). Someone who also values having a clean and inviting space to come home to, and prioritizes open communication. I love the occasional dinner party / cocktails with friends and would be happy with someone who enjoys the same.

If this sounds like you please send me a message!

About This Lister

I've been in New York for 9 years, but I am notoriously bad at taking advantage of what the city has to offer. I tend to keep very long office hours, but my favorite thing to do outside of work is to try new restaurants and revisit old favorites with friends. I do love to explore the city, but given my schedule these days I prefer to spend my time in NY in a calm environment, and save my explorations for when I am traveling abroad.
