Seeking longer term housing in East or Central LA (potentially open to other parts of town). I am looking for a studio, one bedroom apartment or ADU. My temporary housing will end in the next 2-3 weeks. Hoping to sign a minimum 6 month to 1 year lease if possible.

I am single woman with 1 small/ medium dog (28lbs). I can provide references from my previous landlords, proof of income & employment, and a statement of temperament from my veterinarian. Myself and Maybelline(dog) love Los Angeles and were devastated to lose a portion of our possessions (currently without furniture & most household items).
