searching for a roommate to apt hunt with or a room in an existing lease (Bushwick or Ridgewood only either way). my budget is max $1500 and I'm happy to sign a year long lease or sublet.

I'd love to be friends with my roommate(s), but also have lots of experience living w others and respect privacy and boundaries. I get along well with other artists/ extroverted people but I'm open to basically anyone female and/or lgbtq+. would prefer someone around my age (early-mid 20s).

maintaining clean common spaces is important to me and a washer in dryer in building would be great, but I'm generally pretty flexible in terms of amenities. I'm 420 friendly (just not in the house) and love pets!
