Looking to move in the new year, looking to sign a year lease and hopefully live there for more than one year.

In an ideal scenario, I can pay a more than the roommate and together we'd find a place around $5k, $3k in rent from me, and you would contribute $2k, if rooms are the same size, we could do $2,500 and $2,500.
