I am looking for a solo or shared place, ideally long-term but short is fine too. I listed next month, but flexible on dates.

I've lived in a bunch of different settings, so am adaptable and self-contained. Prefer Greenpoint where I lived previously (backyard in photo), but open to location. Happy to pet-sit.

As for background, I started in social work with foster kids, and now work in technology for museums, galleries and hospitality.

I have a lot of experience both offering and renting apts, so I understand what is entailed and will respect your place.
