Hi! I am seeking preferably 2 fashion/wardrobe stylists to share this studio with. The studio is around 400 sq ft and is located in Crown Heights on Bergen St. between Classon and Franklin Ave.

The space is super convenient for our needs because it's on the 1st floor and has a remote buzzer system for deliveries. There is a really lovely rooftop space, clean bathrooms and the common spaces are very well maintained. I have been in this space for a couple years now so it is fully equipped with racks, hangers, office supplies, etc. that is needed for styling. I am happy to share all of the supplies and we can book days in the studio for the whole space or share the space depending on need.

Rent is $530/month + Utilities/Common Charges/Wifi which should be about $75/month per person.
