We are 3 creative, dynamic women in our late 20s / early 30s who love building community, and we are looking for new roommates to join us in our women's community house :)

The space is a gorgeous 5-bedroom fully furnished townhouse in Carroll Gardens with 4 floors and a private luscious garden (along with 3 bathrooms, a formal dining room, family room, gourmet kitchen, and a full basement with high ceilings). The ground has a beautiful open floor plan and the apartment is FULL of light on all floors. The rooms that are up for sublet are the following (though we can be flexible on price for the right person).

3rd floor bedroom #1: $2500
3rd floor bedroom #2: $3200

Within two blocks from the F/G trains at Carroll Street, steps from Carroll Park, and in the center of all the great shops and restaurants of Court, Smith Street, and the Gowanus. 10 minutes from the R line and 15 minutes from the waterfront.
