The apartment is a semi-duplex located on one of the liveliest streets in the lower east side. The building's unique placement makes it so the apartment is extremely quiet despite it being in the center of all the action. The apartment's location, unique design and layout make it easy and fun to experience the city. It is located near major subway stations and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The apartment is modestly sized and in an older building, so the kitchen and bathroom do reflect that. The entrance to the apartment faces the living room, dining area and kitchenette, with a staircase leading up to the bedroom.

The space is fully furnished in a rustic home style with vintage decor, has extra towel and bed linen sets, and is extremely clean.

I am a Mexican-American filmmaker living abroad in Mexico and am the current tenant of this lovely little apartment. I have to travel to NYC for work but I am abroad more often than not. This apartment is a wonderful space in an incredible location and I don’t want to lose it!! So I am looking to sublet the apartment for short and long-term rentals while I am abroad. I work with a NYC based co-host who will be showing the space and can be an additional point of contact for those renting the apartment.
