In the heart of Rockaway Beach, near parking lot, all forms of transportation, grocery store, restaurants, concessions and just a block from the beach and concession stands.

The space has many windows and gets great sunlight all day long and is very quiet. It is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. It has a large walk in shower, all amenities for cooking and relaxing. High Speed Wifi. Near bike rental as well. 5 minute walk to subway. near bus stop. Along the ferry shuttle route or a 15 min walk to ferry.

There is one flight of stairs to walk up to the space.

We are interested in finding someone who may want to stay until May of next year or longer. But for the rest of Summer we can do shorter stays🌞. Our rates will drop after September 31. Feel free to reach out and discuss.

September is our favorite month out here .the Sun is always shining and the waves are great for surfing, swimming etc..and the crowds have dissipated a bit. Great time of year for long walks and contemplating the Fall.
We take a small deposit to secure your booking that is deducted from the total of your booking.

We offer a 10% discount for bookings longer than a week.

There is a separate cleaning/laundry fee for each booking of 110.00.
