I'm seeking a sweet person who requires short-term accommodation in a private, serene place. I have a bit of flexibility with my timing — I need to go out of town once or twice in the above time frame — the whole time frame won’t be available. Please let me know what you need and we can figure it out :)

(If it’s a long weekend during Thanksgiving, the price is higher because there will be no cat to take care of — the price for that time is $200 a night.)

The apartment is a charming one-bedroom at the top of a private three-story brownstone on a serene, tree-lined street in the heart of Bed Stuy. Sunlight bathes the living room and kitchen throughout the day through windows overlooking trees and the backyard gardens of our neighbors.

The layout is simple: a cozy living room/kitchen area, a generously-sized bedroom, a small bathroom with a freshly reglazed bathtub, and a petite office space with a desk and window.

In addition to the private ambiance, the apartment is also home to one adorable and sociable tuxedo cat. Therefore, I'm seeking a tenant who appreciates feline companionship. Everyone who has previously sublet here has quickly grown fond of Littles and his funny personality.

My neighbors are fantastic and I’m really mindful of their comfort so and I'm looking for a respectful and responsible adult who values a tranquil living environment. No gatherings or loud activities are permitted, and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Their are many great bars and restaurants nearby so that’s where I’d like you to meet your friends — never inviting someone over is a trait true New Yorkers can appreciate!

Conveniently located, the apartment is just a 10-minute stroll to the A Express train at Utica, providing easy access to Manhattan with only five stops. The C Local stop is also there. Various bus routes and Citibike stations are very close by.

Rent covers utilities, Wi-Fi, and a pre-arrival cleaning service to ensure everything is pristine for your arrival. Additionally, I can provide the contact information for an affordable cleaner should you desire their services during your stay.
