Completely furnished, hardwood floors, Mid-century modern touches with gorgeous views of the lake. Single floor 1200 sq. foot house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a large great room that has windows on 3 sides of it that is surrounded by a deck. The great room flows into the dining room and open kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed. There is a separate tv/ reading room for some quiet time.

Often frequented by artists and writers for rejuvenation and inspiration. If you are looking for tranquility and being close to nature, this is the place for you.
There is a shared dock (with one other house) on a no motor lake with active wildlife.

Includes all utilities (propane, electric, oil for heat, lawn and pest maintenance, weekly garbage pickup and wifi)
Can have a regular cleaner at an extra charge.

A quick 10 minute drive to Rhinebeck's restaurants and shops. Year round activities in the area from sightseeing historic mansions, apple picking at local orchards, to hiking in the Catskills and skiing just a short 45 mins away.
