I am looking to share my 900 sq foot apartment for a couple of months . I am a painter and freelancer that works from the living room and while I love having all this space, it's too much for an artist (with the inconsistent income) to take on. I am looking for preferably a grad student or artist to take over my proper room. It's a north facing apartment and it's the whole floor so it's very luminescent, which is great for painting, visual art stuff. I have some partition from the living room for my privacy and yours (you have a door) but it's far from the bedroom.

• Lots of overhead cabinet space in the kitchen with a big fridge
• 1 relatively spacious bathroom.
• Building is quiet and there are only 5 families renting and they're all nice and quiet.
• No washer in the building but there's one that I use down the block.
• You’ll have CLOSET SPACE!!!
• This apartment is super convenient –two blocks away from the E110 street stop and also E 103 St on Lexington Ave. Also a big treat is that it's 3 blocks away from CENTRAL PARK and close to the Meer.
FUN FACT: It is also the landmarked site of Marc Antony's "Vivir Mi Vida"
Lots of coffee shops and local businesses in vicinity

I'm clean but I can definitely work on being more fastidious– I'm willing to work out a shared schedule for regular tidying etc. It’s been a while since I've hosted some smaller parties but generally only during holidays etc. (Honestly it’s been pretty Low Stim) I do play music too but knock off around 10pm/11pm and then use headphones as it’s usually a respectful volume. From the window view, a neighboring collective has made this greenspace/coop garden which is a joy to look out onto.
I don't have a TV anymore but you're welcome to bring one in.
