I am looking for someone to take over my lease!

This is a beautiful apartment with high ceilings in a building with laundry, a common room, package room, a gym, an underground pool and sauna, and a beautiful rooftop. There is an elevator in the building and steps to enter at the front entrance but another entrance through the garage that does not require steps but does require a key.

This is a queer poc household and we are looking for people that align with that. You would be sharing the apartment, bathroom, and loft with one other person. You would of course have your room and closet to yourself as well as an AC/heating system. The appliances are current and there is a dishwasher. The main room is furnished.

The apartment is located on the edge of bushwick and ridgewood, walking distance to the Halsey L stop, Irving Park, and Nowadays. As well as rehearsal studios, bars and cafes.

We are designers and value beauty in space, hopefully that’s important to you too. Looking for a chill roomie that is respectful and values alone time.
