I've got two large photography studio spaces which I'd like to share with other photographers or artists.

I don't need the spaces every day and would like to find an arrangement where we share out days of the week, or use a calendar and book ourselves in. Open to your suggestions. I've shared studio spaces in the past with photographers and other artists.

Rent of $800 is based on you using the space for 2 days a week and using your own kit. Open to discussing your needs — excited to find a great working arrangement.

You'd be welcome to bring/store your own equipment, but there's also a stack of existing kit in both studios that I use and would be happpy to share — you could walk in and just bring your camera and start shooting.

+ 3-section wind-up stand, c-stands, strobes, umbrellas, softboxes, v-flats, makeup station, tables, posing cubes, apple boxes; boom, 8x8 scrim jim cine, video lights etc.

Space #1 is on the ground level. Concrete floor. Door to street on one side, and double door access through neighboring space straight into off street parking if you need to bring in large items.

Space #2 is a first floor space under the roof. Some brick wall, some walls painted white; wooden flooring.
