Come share my 280 sq. ft. light-filled studio! You would have the whole back half of the space that you see in the first photo with the back wall and window.

Primarily looking for another painter, but any creative as long as they are quiet and the work is dust-free. The studio is part of J&M Studios, located in the same building as the NARS Foundation. It's a good artist community and we take part in the Sunset Park Open Studios held in June and October.

It's an 8 minute walk from the R train at 45th. Bush Terminal Park is a few blocks away and a great place to walk along the water's edge when you need a break.

This 2nd floor space is a total 280 sq ft and has two windows. You would have the back half of the space, 140 sq ft and a window. The floor has a kitchen with a fridge & microwave, bathrooms and a slop sink. In addition, there is a freight elevator.

Available for March 1 move-in or possibly earlier.
