Conveniently located:
• 10 minutes’ walk to Q Parkside and 2/5 Winthrop subway stations
• 35 minutes to Union Square
• 10 minutes’ walk to Prospect Park
• Laundry and supermarket are right across the street, with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, with the kitchen, living room, and bathroom in between for added privacy. The room has south-facing windows, making it very sunny. The room is fully furnished and includes a closet.
About This Lister
You’ll be sharing the apartment with my chill and friendly roommate, Angad, Punjabi-American in his early 30s who works in the news industry and is currently working on a documentary, mostly from his room.

The rent for the entire period is $1700 + Deposit ($700 for Jan 10-Jan 31, and $1000 for Feb 1-Feb 29). Shorter stays are possible (minimum one week).
Pets Policy
Pets are welcome, but they’ll need to stay in the room most of the time.
