Renting a room in my 3 bed/2 bath Ocean Hill, Bed Stuy apartment!
Rent is $1100/ month. Includes all utilities, including internet. Room is 8' 7" x 9' 4". Fits a full size bed and a small desk. The room has a good size closet and is unfurnished. You will share a bathroom with one other person.
I also have a foster cat so please no pets.
**I will have another room available in a week. Same size and would share the bathroom with this room. It will be available in mid March if you’re looking with someone else.

I am a 36 yo women who works full time in Manhattan Mon-Fri. I enjoy a clean home and spending time in the backyard on weekends. I do cook at home fairly often and enjoy getting to meet new people.
