I have a cozy and clean office right off the Fulton station in the Financial District in Manhattan. Which is a hub for most trains and PATH. I use it to see my clients for reiki and other healing modalities but the space could be open to use for writers, therapists, acupuncturists, etc. Great for someone starting out their practice or based out of the city that needs an office a few times a week in the city. No living, work only.

I’d like to rent it out to someone 1 or 2 days a week regularly. The person renting will have the whole space to themselves on those days. 6 months commitment. Utilities, WiFi, berkey filtered drinking water, heat included.
