Hi all, Beck here. Been in this space 3 years, would be staying indefinitely if I could! Let me describe it to you:

This is a 360 sq foot (that's actual, useable space) art studio in the South Bronx - building is a former paperclip factory, and filled with other artists. Hard to find an available studio here as this is a good building where people tend to stay a while. No leaks/flooding during rain storms, and they have a weekly cleaning crew for the bathrooms. Great hallway neighbors, and honestly the best UPS man I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

UTILITIES INCLUDED - wifi & heat.

Dimensions of the space are 12' x 30'. Parking in the area is very chill, and train is a 5 min walk - Cypress 6, just 4 stops into the Bronx. Also pretty close to the FDR & BQE if you're driving.

This is a fifth floor unit, and we have a passenger elevator and a freight elevator. There are mailboxes.

Windows face NE. Light is great. Gray floors, white walls, I'll spackle for you.

Access to slop sinks down the hall. Actual studio door is 36" wide. There's a U-Haul spot down the block (I have used their storage units for a minute and can vouch for them).
