This is a spot in a shared studio that's part of a larger suite of studios. It's 13' x 6.25' (see diagram) and $371/month, and it's the sunniest spot in the studio. The studio is lightly occupied, so you would either have the whole room to yourself or share distantly with one other person, and generally not encounter many people in the entire suite overall on a typical day. The studio has two windows, and utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. There's also some overhead storage, a sweet wood shop that's free to use, a slop sink and restroom around the corner.

The other artists sharing the studio are currently working on projects printmaking, design, photography, and conceptual performance. We're all friendly and respectful, but our schedules in the studio don't overlap much, so it's usually solo space.
