This is a fully furnished apartment with a separate kitchen area, dining table, sofa (which pulls out into a couch), desk, Queen-sized bed, small dresser (will be emptied for you to ), and a bathroom with a full bath. The apartment is one block away from TOMPKINS SQUARE PARK and has the security of a double door entry walk up. The apartment has separate AC/heat units both in the living room as well as the bedroom, but the building runs pretty warm. There is a small dishwasher in the kitchen with a full fridge, basic spices (for use) and supplies available for use. The building has laundry washer and dryers in the basement, as well as a room to throw trash. The area has a bunch of bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants right around the corner (< 1 minute away). The area has no noisy neighbors. Public transportation nearby include the B,D,F,M subway line (12 minutes walking), L train (10 minutes walking), and M14/M8 (2 minutes).
