I'm subletting my one bedroom apartment in Sunnyside/LIC (Queens) from April 13 - May 18.* It's located at 44th St and Queens Blvd, right off the 7 train and near lots of great food and cafe options.
It has a workspace in the bedroom with a monitor & external keyboard/mouse. Fast internet connection (300mbps, Verizon fios). Well equipped kitchen.
All rooms have windows; central heat.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (top floor) and is only accessible by stairs (no elevator in the building).

*Preference to sublet the apartment for the full period of 36 days, totaling $2,600. Also willing to offer the apartment for a shorter period if needed, $75/day.
