1 bedroom in Greenpoint. This place has a spacious living room and bedroom and is fully furnished. The whole place gets great light with tons of plants to relax with. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout the place. The building mates upstairs and downstairs are very quiet. No washer and dryer. There is a spot across the street for that I use all the time and its great! No dishwasher. There is a balcony to get some fresh air and also a mini BBQ on the balcony.

I’m looking for a clean person that will respect my belongings and place while they are visiting. There is Netflix and MAX on the smart tv. There is a Sonos sound system that sounds great!

There are a couple of stairs to get in the building and there are 2 flights to get into the place. Utilities will be included.

This place is located off of Manhattan ave and Leonard st in Greenpoint.
