A large 1-BR apartment in Greenwich Village, on Mercer St. between Broadway and University. It is a luxury doorman building and I am located on the 15th floor.

The apartment contains everything you would need: a queen bed, couch that comfortably seats 3/4, dining table with 4 chairs that I also use as a work desk, an iMac, newer flat screen TV in each room with Apple TV, kitchen with all appliances. Big windows with a lot of natural light and a nice view of the city. There is also a gym in the building you'll be able to access with my key.

I chose this apartment primarily because of the amazing location. It's in a beautiful neighborhood seconds away from many coffee shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants & bars. I particularly love how central it is to the West Village, Union Square, and Washington Square Park (just a 2 min walk). Additionally, there is a subway line right on the corner and others within a couple of blocks.
