My husband and I are in our early 40's and have been in this apartment for nearly fifteen years. We have to be out of state for the next six months, and so we are looking for a responsible subleter to hold down the fort.

SUBLET TERMS
- Term is at 6 months (but flexible for the right sublet-er).
- Electric, gas, water, & cable internet will all be included in the price up to reasonable capped amount for usage.
- No Smoking.
- Preference given to subleters with no pets.
- Looking for a couple/family/single person wanting a good amount of space vs. multiple roommates.
- Copy of recent credit score required for consideration.
- First month + one month security to move-in at time of sublet agreement signing.
